"Green Drinks" meeting

This was our first “Green Drinks” Meeting. A nice opportunity to meet others interested in the green building movement. The hostess for the evening was Rachel Hulan, a “green interior designer whose business, Path Design, shares the space with the Road Less Traveled.

We also meet Al Benoit, who is an efficient energy specialist with Energy Efficiency Solar by day but is also involved in Plug In America and the Orange County Interfaith Coaliton for the Environment. The latter is putting on a conference in October called Caring for Creation with Ed Begley, Jr. as one of the keynote speakers.

Chris , a commercial solar installer, was interesting to talk to regarding different options being utilized in the way of installation and financing of solar.

We spoke with Mary Ann about her efforts to make her church, Mariners of Laguna Hills, more green and environmentally conscientious.

Brian, with Save Banning Ranch, invited us to an event this Saturday in support of the Save Trestles effort.
